Hands down, BEST curry I’ve had in the black hills!! Always recommend people to go here if they want to try new food. The satisfaction and the awesome level of spice always hits the spot!

Wonderful service, fabulous food. Appetizer assortment was our personal favorite. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town. Momo is next to try on my list.

It is a cozy and and nice ambience. We ordered chicken dumplings, chicken meatball lollipops, lamb butuwa and baingan bharta. Everything tasted really good. The lamb butuwa came with a side of lentil soup (daal), and that was really good too. If you are ever here, my recommendation will be to try the chicken meatball lollipops. It is perfect for both Indian and American taste buds, since it has a perfect balance of spice, where it is not too spicy and not too blunt either. People have posted really nice reviews on their restaurant wall too :)

Excellent food. Small but elegant place. We had chicken curry and khadai chicken which were the best that I have ever had. Best service and great customer care. The garlic naan were great.

I came here for the lunch buffet, and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies, unfortunately. I stayed so my bf could eat. They asked why I wasn't eating, and ended up offering me an allergy free meal, which was super good. And it didn't cause me any reaction at all, so they truly listened. They were really kind about it and didn't make me pay the buffet price. My bf was feeling sick and it turns out he couldn't eat much, so they didn't even make him pay full price either. I just love how much they cared and didn't just treat us like income.

Wow this place is delicious! I just got back from a month in Nepal and missed the delicious food there. The samosa chaat is the best I've ever had! The yellow lentil soup was delicious too, I'm so happy ot have found this place. They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well. 100% recommend!

The HOT lamb Curry is the best I've ever had!!! It is definitely hot so beware. My hubby gets the medium. Either way, the lamb is delicious and very tender.

Have had many dishes over past few years and all were excellent and served piping hot! Last night was combo biryani - chicken, shrimp, goat. Huge dish with plenty of meat, had to take 1/2 home. Only caveat, they have their own unique system for rating spicy (not on a number scale) which starts at medium (about 5/10) so exercise caution. Enjoy!

The food quality cannot be any lower. I would not call it an Indian restaurant. The cheapest roadside food is of much more quality than what they serve. food here sucks. If you are looking for some Indian food, never go to this place. Service is of the lowest quality you can ever get. Waiter that took our orders and comes back after 30 min of taking the order and says that they don't have what we asked for. This was after telling us that the order was finalized from the kitchen. Server doesn't care if u complain the food is terrible. Google doesn't have an option of giving zero or negative stars, so this restaurant gets one star. No authenticity in food. If I have to summarize my review.. Food - cannot be any worse. Terrible quality Service: pathetic Recommend this place? : HECK NO!! NEVER GO HERE!!

Prices are a bit intimidating when looking at the menu, but service is superior. Very hospitable and they definitely make me want to dine here again. I would recommend this place for anyone in the mood for Nepali or Indian cuisine.

The lunch buffet here is excellent, with hot chai included for those who want it. The Chicken Tikka Masala is a favorite.

The place looks a little run down but the food and service were awesome. We will definitely be returning to Everest Cuisine.

Absolutely amazing Indian and Nepalese food. What a surprise to have the best Indian food I've ever had in Rapid City, SD, of all the places! I had a Tikka tandoor chicken which was absolutely delicious. The mango lassi was stunning too. Pricing was adequate for portion size and quality. Incredibly clean location and the staff was very nice and courteous. Definitely recommend!!!

Good chicken curry and lamb tikka masala!

This is one of our family's favorite spots for dinner in Rapid City. The food is always top quality while the service is very friendly and prompt.

This place is amazing! I go here every weekend and order the same exact thing every time. The food is delicious and fresh, the staff is extremely courteous and polite, and the atmosphere is genuine and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

A smidge pricey but well worth it, it's been my favorite place in Rapid for years. The lamb vindaloo is actually spicy (rare in the midwest) and the goat curry is fantastic

Very polite staff, and catered to our party of 11 that took up half the restaurant efficiently. Iced tea was unlike any I’ve had (in a good way) and the spicy curry was actually spicy... which seems uncommon in this part of the country. Overall great staff, authentic food, and reasonable pricing for the portion and quality you get.

Could not fault this place, staff were very helpful and the food we ate was extremely good. Vegetable samosas light and tasty, I had potato and cauliflower curry yummy, my partner had creamy chicken and spinach, we both ordered medium spice which was on the hot side but really enjoyed it, plenty of rice and we ordered a potato and pea bread lovely would return if we ever came back to South Dakota.

Expected the unexpected, small place but good food.Liked the food spice levels. Fast service.

Placed an order to go, arrived 20 minutes later as directed to pick up and discovered my order hadn't even been placed. Waited another 20 minutes before paying and leaving with the food. The lamb vindaloo was not spicy as I had requested and it was tough. The naan was fresh though and the vindaloo sauce was wonderful.

I have been here several times. Everest Cuisine is my favorite restaurant in town. The service is very fast and the foods are scrumptious. I certainly recommend this place.

It was good enough.

One of the best Nepali Indian restaurant I have ever been. We had buffet here. All the food were exceptional. It was rich in spices and flavor. If you really want to try some awesome Asian food this is a go to. I love naan, and any Nepali-Indian place I go, I am always looking for naan. They have one of the awesome naan. It just melts in you mouth. Don’t forget to try some milk tea they have as well. love this place.

So tried this place on a whim. Visiting Rapid City for a few weeks. Went with two guys who weren't really sure if food would be to liking, but willing to give a try. I can tell you, we all ordered three separate dishes, and each loved his dish, plus tried the other two dishes, and loved them too. Service was very good. Definitely not anything fancy inside but was overall clean. But it was the food that was the star. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Superb Nepalese/ Indian food, mild or spicy

A quaint Indian restaurant. I very much enjoyed the lunch buffet.

What a gift for tired tourists! This place deserves all the stars it has - absolutely delicious with warm service. It's a true family restaurant with Nepalese and northern Indian staples. I don't usually like tandoori chicken but loved the one here. It's generously seasoned and red from the spices and not food coloring - also came out sizzling on a cast iron plate. Rice was included, as with a little cup of lentil dal. Goat Curry was a little tough but richly flavored. If this was in Chicago, we would be regulars (especially to try the lunch buffet!).

Don't judge a book by its cover.That is what we discovered here.Apparently the secrets out because the parking lot was jammed full of cars.From the outside it didn't look big enough to be a restaurant.Certainly not a good one despite the amount of cars in the parking lot.On the inside we were pleasantly surprised to find ample sitting room with a room full of noisy chatter from happy customers taking care of their own hunger pains.I was pleasantly shocked.If you've read our other reviews you already know that the owners of Graceful Touch massage therapy are vegan.It can make eating out a bit challenging.They had a buffet setup with plenty of options for people like us.We were welcome to go back for more if we wanted.After we had already opted into the buffet we discovered that they also had a menu.After enjoying their buffet we can't wait to go back and try the menu.

Really great food! Traveling from MN to Rushmore with friends from Japan. We had a great time and excellent food. Ate in around 6pm. We were 5 so waited a few minutes but otherwise had a great meal and some good conversation with the guys working. Definitely check this place out if you have time!
